CSHA has been at the forefront of providing accommodation and support especially to older people over the last 40 years.
Our services have expanded over the last 20 years. Today we provide general needs accommodation and tenancy sustainment, as well as specialist purpose-built accommodation for elderly and disabled people. Key services include:

Our services are funded through Supporting People and rent generated from our properties.
