How To Apply

Nominations from a Council

We accept nominations from local authorities and referrals from various agencies. To be considered for our properties you must register with either Bexley or Bromley council.

Direct applications

We also accept applications directly from the general public. There are strict qualifying criteria to meet before being considered.
