Getting involved
It is an extremely important part of our service that we have good communications with our tenants, encourage them to get involved with making decisions that affect their lives and play a part in how the Association is run. If you would like to get more involved or form a representative group with other tenants, please let us know.
We will do all we can to support such groups and facilitate meetings. We carry out satisfaction surveys of all tenants every two years to find out what they think of where they live and the services we provide. We can learn from these surveys to improve the service.
